ZETA Opposes CPUC’s Proposed Wireless Rules That Threaten Gen-Z Broadband Access

ZETA (Gen-Z Emerging Technology Action) submitted a formal comment to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) opposing the Proposed Decision in Rulemaking R.22-03-016. In our letter, we call on commissioners to reject unnecessary new regulations on the wireless industry that risk raising prices and limiting broadband access for Gen-Z Californians. With nearly all Gen-Zers relying on affordable, mobile broadband for school, work, and daily life, these changes would jeopardize our generation’s ability to stay connected and thrive in a digital world.
