
As older generations retire, Gen-Z is stepping into the heart of a transforming labor market. By 2030, we will make up nearly one-third of the U.S. workforce, filling roles defined by AI, broadband, and quantum technologies. Yet with more than 8 million jobs currently unfilled, gaps in access and readiness persist. ZETA is building stronger public-private partnerships and shaping national strategies to ensure Gen-Z is prepared not just as workers, but as leaders of the digital economy.
